Samannay is a resgistered socio-cultural society based in Delhi. The aims of Samannay are-
(a) Providing a forum for the resdients of Delhi and NCR, hailing from Assam for social a nd cultural interaction.
(b) Organising social and cultural events, festivals of Assam/NE.
(C) Establishing social and cultural relationship with similar organization in & around NCR & NE.
Samannay is a socio-cultural organization of people from Assam (North-Eastern India) who have migrated to the Delhi-NCR region or are currently residing here in occupational or academic pursuit. Established on 18 October 2014, on the auspicious occasion of Kati Bihu, by a group of like-minded people with the objectives of -
. Bringing together all the people in Delhi who have their roots in Assam and rejuvenating their link to their rich cultural heritage.
